Products in our policies means the products listed on AurabalHealthRing.com. AurabalHealthRing.com sells and ships Products to end-user customers only.
Only product(s) that have been purchased directly from AurabalHealthRing.com can be returned and refunded under our policy. Product(s) purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please note: To ensure you find the best fit and receive accurate data and insights from your Aurabal, we recommend purchasing directly from our website. With every purchase, you can use the Aurabal app to measure your ring size online. To learn how to use the app for sizing, simply search for “Measure Ring Size” within the app interface, which uses standard US ring sizes. Please note that we do not offer half sizes. If you already know your ring size from a family member or friend’s Aurabal App, you can select it directly from the drop-down menu on our website.
Returns
What Is Aurabal’s Return Policy?
Please note that our policy does not support returns or exchanges without valid reasons within 14 days. You can request a return and/or refund within 14 calendar days if you have a valid reason for returning the product you purchased from AurabalHealthRing.com. Valid reasons include:
The product has defects or damage upon delivery.
The delivered product is in a color different from your chosen color.
The delivered product significantly differs from the description provided when you placed the order.
To benefit from our return policy, please ensure that:
The returned product is in its original condition as received and has not been opened and used.
If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies with the description in your return request, you can provide product photos to support your claim.
You can submit a return request to our customer service team within 14 calendar days from the delivery date using the provided contact information.
After submitting the return request, our customer service team will review if the return meets the conditions. Once approved, you will have 14 calendar days to send the product back to us.
The returned product will be repackaged with all the accessories and documents included when you receive it.

What Is Aurabal’s Policy for Exchange?
If the delivered product is in its original condition and has not been opened or used, but you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend submitting a return request and placing a new order.
If the product includes an engraving service, it cannot be exchanged. We recommend placing a new order on our official website.

What Should I Do if the Product Arrives Damaged?
If the courier damaged your product:
If possible, raise a complaint with the courier before signing for the package.
If already signed, take photos and file a claim with the courier’s local office.
Contact our customer service team with your order number, description, and photos of the damage.
If the courier compensates us, we will pass this compensation on to you.
Please note each courier company may have different compensation rules.
Can I Return My Ring Without the Original Package?
We recommend using the original or a suitable replacement package to protect the product.
Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect for damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. If found, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.
Can I Return or Exchange Without the Original Order Number?
We cannot process returns or exchanges without the original order number.

Can Aurabal Hold Deposits on Credit Cards?
No, deposits cannot be held.

Warranty
How long does Aurabal provide warranty service?
Aurabal provides a one-year warranty for all original components.
Warranty covers defects in workmanship and applies to original and subsequent owners.
The warranty does not cover:
Improper or negligent use
Lack of maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Battery capacity loss over time
Accident-related damages
What Should I Do if My Package Shows Delivered but Was Not Received?
Check your front door or neighbors.
Contact the courier with your tracking number.
